A naturally scented hydrating and brightening toner. Firms and tones skin with natural herbal extracts and potent antioxidants. Does not contain alcohol and will not strip the skin. Replenishes and balances skin's moisture levels, while it purifies, soothes and prepares skin to absorb moisturizers more effectively.
